Adrienne Peverall was born in London.   Lived in Germany, Egypt and Cyprus as a child.   Art/ceramics teacher Basingstoke in the seventies;  BBC World Service employee in the sixties and 1986-1988.

Came to live in Cornwall in 1988.   Began printmaking at Art School in Penzance.  Etchings of detailed subjects - hawthorns, rooks;  monoprints of surreal landscapes - trees, foxes, birds.   Lives near Morvah, 5 miles north of Penzance on the  moors, with husband and dog.
